Our localization services model
- Multiple languages and complete set of services offered within a single package
- Competitive pricing (at single language vendor level)
- Consistently high quality results across all languages
- Single point of contact
- Centralized management for multilingual localization projects
- Organizational transparency and clear, well-defined structure
- Established, stable and efficient business processes (including methodology and QA)
- Reliable communications (simple, stable and clear communication pattern between all parties involved; minimal "structural noise")
- Proven track record for all languages
- Flexibility and scalability
- Reputable and recognizable subcontractors
It is worth mentioning that when compiling this list we had an educated customer in mind, i.e. the one who cares not only about price, but rather looks for an approach embracing all important aspects of localization.
While creating LLA, we tried to cast back the industry-wide belief that good quality, attractive pricing and extensive language coverage cannot be combined (an erroneous notion often taken for granted). We also wanted to prove that the localization industry is ready and capable of providing an approach that satisfies all the requirements of the list above while at the same time avoiding the pitfalls inherent in existing models.
Language Coverage
LLA can successfully handle multilingual projects involving more languages than LLA members can offer directly. We have established partners for languages not covered by current LLA members, and we can quickly find suppliers for those few languages where we do not have a ready solution.
Today the following languages are covered by LLA members, preferred vendors and partners:
Central & Western Europe: Basque, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, French, Galician, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish.
Eastern Europe: Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian.
